Well, we all saw the Juan Williams firing by NPR as an attack on free speech by an entity supported by the federal government and subject to the far left ideologies of the progressives.  We all know that had Juan not been a contributor to Fox News and made frequent appearances on Hannity and O'Reilly he would not have been fired for the comments.   They were looking for a reason.  Juan, on the Glenn Beck radio program Friday, said he had been often questioned as to why he was on Fox and why he associated with the likes of Hannity and O'Reilly.  He also indicated he had been employed by Fox for 13 years and NPR for 10 thus had been associated with Fox prior to being hired by NPR.   But that was before progressives and political correctness took over the country and the limiting of free speech and independent thought.   He said he had a written agreement with NPR regarding his appearances, associations and publications because the issue was so contentious with the management of NPR.

Explanation of November Ballot Propositions

While in general I feel that the ballot propositions have been a disservice to voters as special interest are able to spin their agenda and sell a naive public on the merits of their special interest, this election is different.  There are many propositions on the ballot that are designed to push the federal government back from their take over of our individual liberties and freedoms.   So in this one case and one point in time there may a purpose to ballot propositions since our politicians don't usually have the intestinal fortitude to do the right thing against the special interest lobbies.  This was forwarded to me by a very conservative politician and I don't necessarily agree with every one of his recommendations (Prop 301) but that is for you to decide.   Just consider them all and support the ones you see as an affront to our individual liberties and freedoms.  

 

Explanation of November Ballot Propositions

Proposition 106 (YES)

This proposition would amend the Constitution to prohibit any law from compelling participation in any particular health care system. It would provide for purchase and sale of insurance in private health care systems. The proposition allows individuals to pay health care providers directly without penalty or fine. It is written to give Arizona patients the ability to opt out of federal mandates. The proposition protects individual freedoms in choosing health care.

Proposition 107 (YES)

This proposition would amend the Constitution to ban programs that give preferential treatment to or discriminate against any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin. The ban would apply to the state, counties, cities and towns. It would also affect universities and school districts. This repeal of affirmative action policies allows for fair opportunities for all job candidates.

Proposition 109 (YES)

This proposition asks voters to establish hunting, fishing and harvesting wildlife as constitutional rights for Arizona citizens.  It prevents any law or rule that would restrict these rights.  Arizona’s citizens greatly benefit from the outdoor activities offered by our bountiful natural resources. Proposition 109 is an important step toward protecting our ability to practice those sports and activities.

Proposition 110 (YES)

This proposition is a major step toward solving an ongoing challenge to military operations in Arizona.  It asks voters to amend state land laws to allow for the exchange of public land. This proposition is vital to Arizona’s military bases that have been threatened by encroaching development. Approval will enable the military to work with the State Land Department to protect both state land and the military operations that bring billions of dollars in economic benefit to the state each year.

Proposition 111 (YES, I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THEM NOT BEING LINKED TOGETHER)

As this State has experienced a change in executive leadership mid-term throughout the last two decades, it has become more apparent that an office of succession is a consideration that Arizona voters should decide.   If approved, this proposition would change the title of Secretary of State to that of Lieutenant Governor in 2015.  The transition of leadership would be more transparent to the public, and voters would be certain that the candidates they are electing are indeed assuming the possibility of holding a higher office should extraordinary, albeit more frequent, circumstances occur.

Proposition 112 (YES)

Over the past several election cycles, a number of citizen initiatives have been disqualified from the ballot after checks of petition signatures uncovered fraudulent signatures and highlighted the difficulty that strict time constraints placed on the verification process. This proposition increases the time for filing an initiative petition to no less than six months preceding the date of the election for the proposed measures. 

Proposition 113 (YES)

This proposition would amend the constitution to include a right to vote by secret ballot for employee representation. The right to vote by secret ballot is a fundamental right. If unions attempted to institute a “card check” instead of the secret ballot, workers would face intimidation to support union organization. 

Proposition 203 (NO!!!!! THE WAY IT IS WRITTEN IT REALLY LEGALIZES MARIJUANA USE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO USE IT)

This proposition would allow patients with specific medical conditions to obtain marijuana with a physician’s certification. The patients would be allowed to use marijuana to treat the identified medical condition or related symptoms. The proposition would require the Department of Health Services to regulate the process. Medical marijuana is not part of any plan to manage pain, and the FDA doesn’t recognize smoking marijuana as a treatment for any medical condition. The proposition also includes severe or chronic pain as a reason to prescribe, which invites the potential to abuse.

Let me add a couple of issues. 

• Under Prop. 203, those high on Marijuana are NOT subject to our DUI laws,
• law enforcement CANNOT inspect the distribution centers for Marijuana,
• if one does not live in a metropolitan area they can grew up to 10 pot plants per person (about a kilo can be produced per plant),
• they are exempt form worksite NO smoking policies (including all public places)
• Anyone alleging they need it can get it. 
• IF one really needs THC they can get it today in the form of a prescription pill called Marinal.  This is simply legalization with exceptions for Marijuana users that no other drug gets
• The myth that this would save jail space it simply not true. NO ONE goes to jail for small amounts of Marijuana, it is a fine and probation or perhaps even a alternative program with not charges. About 92% of all those in jail are for serious crimes, violent crimes and repeat offenders.

Proposition 301 (YES, VERY IMPORTANT ABILITY FOR THE LEGISLATURE TO HELP BALANCE A CRITICAL BUDGET GAP)

The Legislature recognized the need for ballot referral reform in light of the budget crisis.  Simply put, the state can no longer spend the money for all the programs it has funded in the past. Proposition 301 would move money from the outstanding balance in the Land Conservation Fund to help balance the state budget for FY 2011. The balance is estimated at $123 million, and if the proposition does not pass, it would open up a hole that size in the current budget.

Proposition 302 (YES, THIS IS A CRITICAL PROPOSITION, IN THIS CRITICAL TIME OF BUDGET DEFICITS.)

Voters also have an opportunity to repeal the Early Childhood Development and Health Board (First Things First) and redirect the funding to health and human services to children.  Since approved by the voters, the tobacco revenues accrued for First Things First have amassed (over $300 million unexpended) and a bureaucracy has been created.  The mission of the program is to refer citizens to other state funded programs that are imperiled by the lack of funding (such as child care wait lists and subsidies, Kids Care, early childhood education programs within the existing school systems, immunization and other programs).  Whether one is in agreement with the programs that may benefit from First Things First dollars, the state is obligated to fund them without revenues.  The enacted FY 11 budget assumes the passage of Proposition 302 to close the budget gap by $345,000,000 in revenues. Should this measure fail at the ballot, deeper children’s program cuts are inevitable.

OK, I picked up this mornings paper and got worked up before I was back in the front door so had to write something to express my disdain for the way our Federal Government and often the media is attacking this country and state in particular.  I put many links in this so you can read more by following the links.  Warning may take you on a path that will kill your day as it often does for me.   I listen to Beck early in the morning and he gets you started on researching something and you spend the day doing so.   But in the end you are more informed.

Seems that every day I pick up the paper there is another Federal Government attack on Arizona.  They obviously have a goal of breaking the state of Arizona with their unlimited federal taxpayer funds to file lawsuits against our state.  Making an example of a state that has decided that Obama is not going to control our state.   I have in the past two weeks seen lawsuits from the DOJ against Sherrif Arpaio for enforcing illegal immigration, Arpaio was cleared by ICE 6 months before Holder became AG.  Another well publicized suit is against our Governor for signing a law that made state law enforcement officers check for imigration status and turn over offenders to Federal ICE, another DOJ suit has been filed against our community colleges because they required non citizens to show a green card before being hired.   And this morning the DOJ has opened an investigation against our state department of eduction for discriminating against teachers who teach "english learners" because they have instructed districts to fire teachers who are teaching these english classes who are not proficient in English.

Our progressive politicians are using class and race warfare to divide this country in an attempt to promote their agenda.   I am so tired of being called a racist because I support the tea parties and I think Obama is a radical socialist.   My beliefs are based upon much more evidence of Obamas past than anyone has of evidence that racism is rampant or even prevalent in the tea parties.   And today they say the Tea Parties are dangerous with no evidence of such.  You think they wouldn't make tea parties illegal if they could find a way and believe me they are looking.   Remember when they accused the health care protesters of racist slurs during Pelosi's walk to pass the bill yet after months of a $100,000 reward for any evidence of such none was ever found.  Do you think with all the cameras that were rolling that day if there were such things said or done they would not have been on camera.  Yet the liberal media and politicians continue to state that it happened and report it as if it is true.

Yet watch as leftist protests turn violent almost weekly.  Or leftist union thugs working on behalf of the White House beat opposition protesters.  Or watch the New Black Panthers outside a polling place in 2008 on video tape and the DOJ drops the case when the same person they have on tape holding a billy club at polling place is also on tape on a street corner saying we need to kill some crackers and cracker babies so they don't become the next oppressor.  That same DOJ files new law suits against Arizona weekly.   They don't file lawsuits against cities who are openly sanctuary cities and have openly said they will not enforce federal immigration laws but they do file suits against a state who says they are going to help the feds enforce federal laws.  All Arizona was trying to do was run interference for the feds and turn the people over to the Federal Government who could then choose to either enforce the law or let them loose again like they typically do.  Arizona is united in enforcing illegal immigration laws which is why the feds have attacked our State, our sheriffs, our community colleges and our Department of Education.   All suits are over immigration enforcement in which our state is enforcing the law and the feds have chosen not to.

If you don't think the federal government when controlled by progressives and in this case a radical progressive can be dangerous then you have not read your history.   The two times in the 20th century when our Federal government imprisoned people for their nationality of origin were both done by Progressive Presidents.   They interned Germans in WWI and Japanese, Germans and Italians in WWII.   We know we can not count on the media to be a balanced watch dog of progressive government as they are so entirely entwined with progressive beliefs and politicians they would hold open the oven doors to get rid of the opposition.   The hateful race baiting class dividing things I have heard from Ed Schultz, Chris Mathews and Keith Olberman make my stomach turn.  You can listen to them any night for unending examples. And they are looking for a way to silence the opposition now and if the claims of racism don't work, and division of the classes doesn't work they still have intimidation of the long arm of the Federal Government on their side.   As is evidenced by the slap down Arizona is receiving from the Obama administration and the DOJ, the bag of slimy tricks is almost bottomless for the Federal Government.

And all the claims I have heard of unemployed white racist being the only attendees of the 8/28 Restoring Honor in DC really make me sick.  I had to go so I could see the truth as I knew it wouldn't be reported.  In my case they have the unemployed right but I would venture to say that most were not and would also venture that most were not racists based upon the applause and cheers for CL Jackson and Alveda King.  They have also attempted to minimize the magnitude of the crowd with the most ludicrous estimate coming from CBS at 87,000.   If that estimate of the crowd is accurate then Obama's inauguration had no more than 150,000 but the same media has estimated that as high as 3 million.  Here a blogger wrote a good summary of the event.

The  Washington  Post babble d again today about Obama inheriting a huge deficit from Bush. Amazingly enough,...... a lot of people swallow this nonsense. So once more, a short civics lesson.      Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress, and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democrat Party. They controlled the budget process for FY 2008 and FY 2009, as well as FY 2010 and FY 2011. In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.

For FY 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the FY 2009 budgets. 

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete FY 2009. Let's remember what the deficits looked like during that period:    (below)

 

 
If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the FY 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets.  That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets. If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.

In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is: I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th.

This is a letter sent to Tennessee Senator Bill Frist from a retired border patrol agent, and it has more common sense than all the bull being spewed from the Senate, with the exception of a few sensible representatives.

Dear Senator Frist:

There is a huge amount of propaganda and myths circulating about illegal aliens, particularly illegal Mexican, Salvadorian, Guatemalan and Honduran aliens.
#1. Illegal aliens generally do NOT want US citizenship.  Americans are very vain thinking that everybody in the world wants to be a US citizen.  Mexicans, and other nationalities want to remain citizens of their home countries while obtaining the benefits offered by the United States such as employment, medical care, instate tuition, government subsidized housing and free education for their offspring.  Their main attraction is employment and their loyalty usually remains at home.  They want benefits earned and subsidized by middle class Americans. What illegal aliens want are benefits of American residence without paying the price.
#2. There are no jobs that Americans won't do.  Illegal aliens are doing jobs that Americans can't take and still support their families.  Illegal aliens take low wage jobs, live dozens in a single residence home, share expenses and send money to their home country.  There are no jobs that Americans won't do for a decent wage.
#3. Every person who illegally entered this nation left a home. They are NOT homeless and they are NOT Americans.  Some left jobs in their home countries.  They come to send money to their real home as evidenced by the more than 20 billion dollars sent out of the country each year by illegal aliens.  These illegal aliens knowingly and willfully entered this nation in violation of the law and therefore assumed the risk of detection and deportation.  Those who brought their alien children assumed the responsibility and risk on behalf of their children.
#4. Illegal aliens are NOT critical to the economy.  Illegal aliens constitute less than 5% of the workforce. However, they reduce wages and benefits for lawful US residents.
#5. This is NOT an immigrant nation.  There are 280 million native born Americans.  While it is true that this nation was settled and founded by immigrants (legal immigrants), it is also true that there is not a nation on this planet that was not settled by immigrants at one time or another.
#6. The United States is welcoming to legal immigrants.  Illegal aliens are not immigrants by definition. The US accepts more lawful immigrants every year than the rest of the world combined.
#7. There is no such thing as the "Hispanic vote."   Hispanics are white, brown, black and every shade in between.  Hispanics are Republicans, Democrats, Anarchists, Communists, Marxists and Independents.  The so-called "Hispanic vote" is a myth.  Pandering to illegal aliens to get the Hispanic vote is a dead end.

#8. Mexico is NOT a friend of the United States.  Since 1848, Mexicans have resented the United States.  During World War I, Mexico allowed German Spies to operate freely in Mexico to spy on the US. During World War II, Mexico allowed the Axis powers to spy on the US from Mexico.  During the Cold War, Mexico allowed spies hostile to the US to operate freely.  The attack on the Twin Towers in 2001 was cheered and applauded all across Mexico.  Today Mexican school children are taught that the US stole California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.  If you don't believe it, check out some Mexican textbooks written for their school children.

Although some illegal aliens enter this country for a better life, there are 6 billion people on this planet.  At least 1 billion of those live on less than one dollar a day.  If wanting a better life is a valid excuse to break the law and sneak into America , then let's allow those one billion to come to America and we'll turn the USA into a Third World nation overnight.  Besides, there are 280 million native born Americans who want a better life.  I'll bet Bill Gates and Donald Trump want a better life.  When will the USA lifeboat be full?  Since when is wanting a better life a good reason to trash another nation?

It is racist to want secure borders.  What is racist about wanting secure borders and a secure America?  What is racist about not wanting people to sneak into America and steal benefits we have set aside for legal aliens, senior citizens, children and other legal residents?  What is it about race that entitles people to violate our laws, steal identities, and take the American Dream without paying the price?  For about four decades American politicians have refused to secure our borders and look after the welfare of middle class Americans.  These politicians have been of both parties.  A huge debt to American society has resulted.  This debt will be satisfied and the interest will be high.  There has already been riots in the streets by illegal aliens and their supporters.  There will be more.  You, as a politician, have a choice to offend the illegal aliens who have stolen into this country and demanded the rights afforded to US citizens or to offend those of us who are stakeholders in this country.  The interest will be steep either way.  There will be civil unrest.  There will be a reckoning.  Do you have the courage to do what is right for America, or will you bow to the wants and needs of those who don't even have the right to remain here?

There will be a reckoning!  It will come in November of this year.

We will not allow America to be stolen by third world agitators and thieves.

White House can't get its Sestak story straight | Washington Examiner

The White House has become experienced at releasing bad news early in a three day weekend knowing that by the time three days have passed the media feeding frenzy will have passed and they will have gained another pass on their often unethical behavior and always far left policies. The time it was a very implausible story about Joe Sestak which had been going on since February but started heating up after Sestak beat the White House supported Specter in the Pennsylvania primary.   For some reason the media finally decided to start listening 3 months after the fact apparently sensing the public is not in support of White House Policies and Candidates.   The kiss of death for a candidate today seems to be the receipt of White House support.  And we can only hope that the same kiss of death will start to fall upon that media who so adores anything that comes from this White House.  But we will see now if the media falls for the same tactic of ignoring this issue since the story is now stale after a three day weekend.  We have had a three day holiday to honor the people who fought and died for the rights of these 60's radicals who now control the White House.  Lets continue to honor the true heroes of our country, the military who fought on foreign lands to preserve our freedoms, by fighting on our own soil to regain this once proud country from the radicals who have taken it over.

Listen to her boss, an obvious democrat activist, who fires her for speaking at tea parties and accuses her of trying to be the next Sara Palin in this interview.    Sounds like he sure doesn't like Sara Palin and he fired her because of it.  And in an interview I found in the Suwanee Democrat he said this 

"Jarvis said he knew Hall was speaking at certain gatherings and "turned a blind eye to it" but when he received a complaint last month that Hall was speaking at gatherings that were "discussing a desire for less government and smaller budgets," he said he had to take action."  Wow

Scary where this country heads further everyday.  Another blatant attack on free speech from within the political system.

ARIZONA SCHOOLS LOSING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT ENROLLMENT

I have lost so much interest in posting here as I watch the Gallup polls and find that no one has been changing their minds much and the country is completely polarized.   Each day I find another ten attacks on our liberties originating with the White House and implemented by someone with White House ties.   That could be from a far left member of congress, a Czar, The Center for American Progress, The SEIU or any one of many other White House allies intent on "fundamentally changing America".  I read articles and can't even decide which one may actually wake someone up.   Some of the best insight into the issues of the day can be gained from this blog by following the RSS feed on the left of page 1 to read Will, Krauthammer or Sowell or the links at the top to many informational sites.  Then I realize there aren't many who read this blog anyway and those who do so are either already on board or reading to be amused by what I am saying today.   But this can at times be a good source for me to start my reading of the day and then to post my thoughts as an outlet for my frustration generated from the days news.  

In today's news, the Arizona Republic has a big article about how our Arizona Schools are going to lose enrollment because the illegal immigrants are leaving.  http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2010/05/28/20100528arizona-immigration-law-schools.html They write it from the viewpoint of what a terrible thing this is to chase away families from their homes.   There are families going to other states who are more friendly to them.   I am sorry but wasn't part of the problem in Arizona, the overcrowding of schools and funding services for illegal immigrants.   Whether that be healthcare, education, food, housing subsidies etc, the point was if they left then the jobs they are doing need to be filled by someone legal and the services they are using no longer need to be provided.   Isn't that a good thing, unless you are a leader of the teachers union who sees potential drop in teachers union membership.  Every other private part of the economy has had to contract in this economy and thus we need to be willing to take the jobs that were once held by the illegals regardless of what we used to do.   Government employees see no correlation between their income/employment and that of the people who are paying them (taxpayers).  They are supported in that lack of ability to connect the dots by the media such as the Arizona Republic or as I call it the Repulsive.

I wonder when the other locales who consider themselves sanctuary states and cities will see the correlation between people who are illegally residing or working in their communities and their declining tax revenues which combine with an increased demand for services.   I can assure you that when you drive around the Hispanic neighborhoods there are many more children than my neighborhood.  I can not tell you how many are descendents of legals or illegals but there are many more children who, many in our society seem to feel, we have an obligation to care for regardless of the immigration status of their parents.   Not only do some feel we have that obligation as a society but they also feel that because the children may now be US citizen children of two illegal immigrant parents the child has now become the ticket for their parents to remain in the US.

I SMELL A RAT IN GM REPAYMENT OF GOVERNMENT LOAN

Since I first heard the GM ad touting that they were repaying the Government loan 5 years early I have smelled a rat.   GM has been losing money consistently, have not issued any new equity or debt nor have they sold any major assets that I know of.  Those would be the only ways they could raise cash for retirement of existing debt.  Even if they have sold any assets the best that could do would be to fund the losses they continue to incur.  The odds of them successfully issuing public debt to payoff the government would be slim to none assuming wall-street has any conscience about underwriting debt to a company who through government strong arming in a packaged bankruptcy was able to overrule 200 years of contract law.  Remember they were able to screw the bond holders on behalf of the unions who were given a large share of the company using a government equity infusion.  Thus on the surface the only place they could be getting the money to repay the loan was from the equity infusion by the US Government.   Well surprise, surprise, surprise!.   We knew that if any media outlet actually had the guts to report the truth it would have to be FOX as the MSM is a mouthpiece for the propaganda of the White House.   Here is a FOX news clip where it is finally being said.

And of course, no democrat can complete a speech today without an attack on the Tea Party movement as that has obviously been strongly communicated from the DNC.  The instructions must be to infiltrate and attack the Tea Party.  Here Berth Lewis calls the Tea Party Movement a "bowel movement".   (this was at the 1:20 point of the video above)  This was right after she warned them of the dangers of our times and the mask coming off.   That this was going to be worse than internment camps, Jim Crow laws or anything else.  She tells them to organize and fight it with all they have.   I am sure glad we don't have any fear and hate mongers on the left.   At least on the right they are the fringes and told they are not welcome and to get out of the Tea Party.   On the left they are in power with leadership titles and positions.  The same people who hated this country in the 60's are now in power and fulfilling their dreams of tearing down this republic.  They see this as their time to finally turn this country into a socialist nation which isn't far from them becoming Marxist.    FYI, I have been to Tea Parties and that could not be further from the truth.   They are people who believe in running this country according to the constitution and want to pass on to the next generation the same country of opportunity that entered the 20 century.  That was before we had a century of progressive policy of federal power grabs in the name of social justice.

And there goes private property rights

Now if someone defaults on their mortgage the progressive left wants to require the lender to allow them to rent for up to 5 years at "fair market rents".   So there goes your private property rights, another socialist move by your President and his boss George Soros.   The person who loans the money has no rights and the person defaulting on the loan has the rights regardless of hardship on the lender.  Kind of like the lenders rights in the auto industry bankruptcies, the lenders had no rights an the unions were given equity out of lenders and government funds.  I think the constitution and the American system of capitalism is losing every battle right now.  
The government is doing all they can to make sure no one has the risk of failure except high income people and businesses who are not already dependent upon the government.

Abortion, Torture and the Democrat Party Platform

So the Democrats in their own platform strongly support the right of a mother to kill her baby regardless of ability to pay.  Sounds like their platform always intended to have government funded abortions.  Bart Stupack was a member of a party with this platform and then conceded to a solution that 4 pages later they had said they would never use.  Read the following from Page 50 of the 2008 platform:

The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally supports Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right
to choose a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay, and we oppose any and all
efforts to weaken or undermine that right.
The Democratic Party also strongly supports access to comprehensive affordable family
planning services and age-appropriate sex education which empower people to make informed
choices and live healthy lives. We also recognize that such health care and education
help reduce the number of unintended pregnancies and thereby also reduce the need for

Page 54 and 55 under the heading "Reclaiming Our Constitution and Our Liberties" we reject torture of terrorist and the use of signing statements to alter law.  So pouring water on the face of a terrorist is bad but killing unborn american babies is a right of people who made it through that early portion of their life.  He used a signing statement to alter law in getting Bart Stupack to support healthcare by using a signing statement to alter the healthcare bill.   Lies on top of lies.
Here it is directly from the 2008 platform:
"We reject torture. We reject sweeping claims of “inherent” presidential power. We will revisit
the Patriot Act and overturn unconstitutional executive decisions issued during the past eight

years. We will not use signing statements to nullify or undermine duly enacted law. And we will
ensure that law-abiding Americans of any origin, including Arab-Americans and Muslim-
Americans, do not become the scapegoats of national security fears.
We believe that our Constitution, our courts, our institutions, and our traditions work."

Kill babies and let the government pay for it but don't pour water in the face of a terrorist and never attempt to alter law with presidential signing statements.   How can any democrat hold their head high to be a part of this turning America into a weaker nation as socialist and marxist country based upon lies and misdirections.

Here is the bill in PDF and I must admit there if you search the word Abortion it comes up 25 times and is very confusing as it seems to say it is not to be paid with federal funds but then  later is says that States can decide to allow it if they want.   Very confusing and makes you understand why Stupack wanted an amendment that Reid and Pelosi would not agree to.   It is confusing enough that I would imagine the end goal is that as stated in the Democrats platform they want access to abortions regardless of ability to pay.

No wonder they keep attacking the rich when half the country is paying no taxes we already have accomplished redistribution.   As long as he can keep those half who are paying nothing and getting far more than they pay in benefits voting the progressive left will stay in control until this country has ceased to exist as a free market capitalist economy.   Liberals must be happy to know they are about there.   Dismantle our position in the world and cause the American system to cave in under its' own weight by what they push as "social justice".

I was forwarded this picture and description and had to check it out as so often the descriptions are not accurate.   However, as I have now learned Snopes is very biased towards supporting Obama so when you read Snopes you can't stop there as you are going to get something like a main stream media explanation of Van Jones.   So I just went to Amazon to see the book description and while Snopes was partially right they white washed what it was about.  It appears to me Obama was planning on how to accelerate the decline of America in elevating the world.   The captions below the picture are not accurate regarding the authors religion other than that this is all accurate.
